Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love your order. You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us at nettyburgan@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll issue a full refund, and you don't need to send the item back.

Order never arrived? If your tracking hasn't updated or your package is lost, contact us and we'll make it right.

Changed your mind? No problem. Email us within 30 days of delivery for return instructions. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we'll refund the item price once we receive it. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 5–10 business days after approval.
